On Saturday August 21st Ashton Town Team teamed up for a special event on Ashton Market Ground with Tameside Markets.  Despite the rain attractions included Archery ,Climbing Wall, the Real Deal Record Fair, Town Team Tombola stall with entertainment from local musician Ethan Booth.

There was also a martial arts demonstration by the popular Sitsiam Camp from Stalybridge which took place on the Market Ground. The Town Team were also  joined by The Black Knight himself who, begrudgingly, posed for photos during the event.
