In November Hyde Fundraisers gave a helping hand to two Tameside community enterprises to help keep shelves stocked up during the current economic challenges. They presented £90 supermarket gift cards to both Dukinfield Pantry and Hurst Community Foodbank to support their work. In addition, there was also a presentation of 130 selection boxes given to Children’s Services to give a chocolate treat to children in care.   The group were also shaking the bucket at Ladysmith Shopping Centre for BBC Children in Need with Pudsey Bear raising £150 that contributed to their donation of £600 to the appeal this year. SP Bowling from Hyde Fundraisers said: “It’s always great to raise funds for Children in Need but we are particularly delighted to support these great local community initiatives in Tameside that give real help to families at a time of great need.”
