This month the Artisan Markets in Hyde and Ashton will be out of this world with visits from Hyde Fundraisers and their menagerie of characters. In addition, there will be memorabilia available from Time Tunnel plus a visit from the team at Cancer Warriors too. In Hyde the group will also be joined by The Civic Mayor of Tameside, Councillor Janet Cooper.

The volunteers will be bringing a wide range of characters along from Dr Who, Blakes 7, Star Wars, Planet of The Apes and more! Amongst them will be Captain America appearing at both Hyde on 4^th September and Ashton on September 25^th.  There will also be a special display of masks from sculptor Ray Phillips showing some of his recreated characters from Dr Who and Star Wars.

There’s also the chance to pick up a set of limited-edition postcards sponsored by Kevin Davies featuring The Avengers, Batman, Star Wars and The Justice League from Ares Designs – usually 50p each but at the events get all 4 cards for just £1.
