Gorse Hall School hosted a special Earth Day event on April 5^th celebrating the environment and highlighting recycling.

They were joined by Morrisons Dukinfield Community Champion Alison Cox who helped some of the classes with their planting. 

The day also included a visit from the Civic Mayor and Consort who visited some of the children creating T-shirt designs for Earth Day and also to be serenaded by Year 1 children too.
