On Tuesday November 8th The Restaurant at Tameside One played host to Nathan Sidebottom. Head Chef at White Hart Inn at Lydgate alongside two staff members, both named Daisy!

They prepared a sumptuous menu with students that included a Starter of Heritage carrot, mixed beetroot, goats curd, mizuna with fuille de brick pastry. The fish course was butter poached cod, crispy potato, golden raisin, curry sauce and coriander. For the main it was pan roasted venison, venison rag pudding, parsnip, creamed cabbage, blue cheese and juniper sauce.  To end it was poached figs, mulled spices, gingerbread with mascarpone ice cream.
