A dark November evening was full of fire with entertainment at Stalybridge Street Feast.

At a time of year known for Hallowe’en and Bonfire Night, the popular monthly event took a spectacular twist with the addition of some suitably fantastic entertainment in the shape of the Plague Doctors, Bessemer the Dragon, and Toni the Fire Bat – all courtesy of Mossley-based carnival artists Global Grooves.

All this was in addition to the usual mouth-watering array of street food and drink in the historic surroundings of Armentieres Square. Once again patrons will be to take advantage of additional seating inside the Victorian Civic Hall.Street Feast has enjoyed great popularity since it was launched in July, with thousands of people coming into Stalybridge to enjoy the first-class food and drink on offer around Armentieres Square.
