The Coronation of The King and The Queen Consort will take place at Westminster Abbey on Saturday 6th May 2023. The event will see a Bank Holiday weekend of celebrations that will conclude on Monday May 8^th.

This weekend sees the first events in the build up to Coronation Celebrations in Denton town centre.  Organised by the Denton Events Team,over the next two weekends we  will see Inflatable World and childrens rides in Victoria Park provided by Walter Wright. On the Civic Square this weekend we have a dinosaur invasion taking place between 1pm and 4pm pluis Monday will see a magic show with Robert bardsley. At the bandstand in Victoria park on Sunday it’s the turn of Mr Rock & Roll alias  Vince Hughes to entertain the visitors.

On Coronation Weekend saturday will see characters from Disney’s Frozen and there is a competition to be a king or Queen for a day too. On the sunday there’s another magical appearance from Robert bardsley plus character visits from Mario, Peter Rabbit and Paw Patrol.
