A well established name in Oldham and the surrounding area Kirkham Property have now launched in Tameside at Atlas House on Oldham Road in Ashton-under-Lyne. The business has also had a close association with Cordingleys Estate Agents for the past 14 years and going forward will now be the new face of their estate agency business.

Alan Kirkham at Kirkham Property is keen to reassure Cordingleys buyers and sellers that the high levels of quality and service won’t change. “Our friendship and association with Cordingleys goes back to 2008 and we have always had ambitions to operate in the Tameside area. Cordingleys Estate Agency preferred to be part of a larger organisation so the two sides have come together on that basis. We can offer an enhanced service to the Tameside area in line with the service we operate in Oldham.”
